The coin is dedicated to the 130th anniversary of the birth of Volodymyr Chehovsky, a Ukrainian state and political figure. Volodymyr Museyovych is an active participant in public life in Odessa; in 1917 - member of the Ukrainian Central Rada. From 26.12.1918 to 11.02.1919 he headed the Council of Ministers and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the UPR. On his initiative, the Government of the UNR dated January 1, 1919 declared autocephaly of the UAOC. In 1929, Chekhovsky was arrested for a fabricated case and shot at Solovki.
