The memorable medal is devoted to the 100th anniversary of the Central Council's establishment in December 1917 of the highest judicial institution in Ukraine, the General Court of the UPR, whose successor is the Supreme Court of Ukraine. The General Court consisted of three departments: civil, criminal and administrative, and performed all functions in litigations, cases of supervision of judicial institutions and judicial officers.
