The silver coin is dedicated to the ice-breaker, who for 50 years tore the way to other ships and is named after the experienced polar captain Hero of the Soviet Union, Mikhail Prokopovich Belousov (1904-1946). Since 1994 the icebreaker is part of the Mariupol State Maritime Trade Fleet and is now continuing its work.
