Soloist of Kharkov (1936) and Kiev (1939-1957) theaters of opera and ballet, People's Artist of the USSR (1951), laureate of the State Prize of the USSR (1952). During his years of creative life he has made over 600 chamber works, 39 opera parties, 85 fragments of vocal-stage and symphonic works in the world executive treasury.
